Services  Include:
  1. Evaluate the loss and determine the scope of work.
  2. Mobilize a pack-out crew within 24 to 48 hours of the loss.
  3. Carefully and securely pack-out the contents as necessary to allow the Disaster Restoration contractor free and clear access to repair the structure.
  4. If necessary, clean and repair / refinish contents where it is economically feasible to do so. For example, the Insurance Adjuster/Carrier doesn’t want us to clean, repair / refinish an inexpensive plastic chair, but the same Adjuster/Carrier absolutely wants us to clean, repair / refinish an antique mahogany fine dining chair.
  5. If necessary, pack and store the contents for long term storage and then pack-back the contents when the structure has been repaired.
Helpful Tips:
  • Never plug in damaged electronic equipment.
  • Smoke and soot damage contains carbon which is extremely damaging when inhaled, avoid trips into your home without the appropriate safety material.
  • Contact a restoration company to have your property boarded up to avoid additional damage or potential theft.
  • Avoid cleaning damage areas with household cleaners as this has the potential to do additional harm.

Our experts can quickly “triage,” separating undamaged possessions from belongings that need treatment and those that simply can’t be salvaged. Then our cleaning and restoration specialists can return more items to pre-loss condition (or better) than you might think.
